Description: The doll is hand-carved from solid wood (linden). Her height is 16 2/8" (41 cm). This doll was made by me (as confirmed by the mark on the back, consisting of the initials of my name, MS). The body consists of 24 parts: 14 main and 8 connecting pieces. All joints are movable: the arms bend at the shoulders, elbows, and wrists; the legs bend at the hips and knees; the feet rotate around. The head turns and can be removed. The coating is gesso, tinted in a beige color with watercolor paints. The top layer is shellac varnish. Paints and pencils were also used for the decoration. Her hair is made from natural wool in the color "dark garnet". The outfit is authentic, made from antique cream-colored silk with a fine stripe pattern. The skirt has a distinctive train. Ruffles and bows on the costume are made from silk dyed with avocado pits and have a delicate dusty rose color. The jacket and skirt are lined, which helps them maintain their shape beautifully. The doll is wearing pantaloons, a chemise, a petticoat, and stockings. I also made her leather high-heeled shoes, a handbag, and a hat. All materials used are natural and authentic (leather, cotton, silk, raffia, ostrich feathers). Her neck is adorned with a necklace made of natural mother-of-pearl and beads. The doll will be packed in two boxes: a gift box and a shipping box, with all possible precautions.A stand in the form of a support, which is inserted under the skirt and keeps the doll in an upright position, will also come with the doll. **Attention:** The doll is not intended for children.
