If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate service and inside delivery, please contact us for a quote. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge. We will contact you to confirm your shipping details before we book your shipment. Prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery. Someone must be present on the day of the delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If you do not request these services, you will be responsible for taking the shipment off the delivery truck and inside your facility. AngelToner is not responsible for any damage incurred by the customer taking their shipment off the truck themselves. Local Pick-up Warehouse pickup is also available by appointment.
