This one-of-a-kind signed item is a vintage NY Yankees ticket order form that we sent to the Yogi Berra museum for Yogi Berra's signature. The form measures approximately 8.5" x 10.5". You would fill out the order form, insert your check in the pouch at the bottom, and then fold the form, seal it, and mail it to Yankee Stadium. Although this item looks like a form letter with a facsimile autograph, it was actually signed by the great Yogi Berra. There was no autograph on the item before we sent it in. We thought it would be cool to have Yogi sign this piece connected with Yankee Stadium. The piece itself dates back to when you could buy Yankee Stadium box seats for $4 and reserve seats for $3. One of the pictures shows how the autograph bled through the back of the paper, which shows it is live ink. We originally intended for the item to be framed and displayed open so the autograph could be shown, as well as the Yankees order form information. At the time we sent this in, Yogi Berra's family had a corporation called LTD, and you were able to send in items to be signed by the great Yogi Berra. Our last series of photographs in this listing are copies of the receipt for some of the items that we sent in to be signed by Yogi. The vintage NY Yankees ticket order form was one of those items. The LTD stands for Larry, Timothy, and Dale Berra, Yogi Berra's sons. Timothy Berra signed the receipt.
